NOTE: This is a non-refundable transaction. Minimum time need 45 minutes, maximum tour time 2 hours. Each visit promises access to at least 60 legendary rooms and 32 concealed passages. Which rooms and which secret doors change daily, as we have 112 rooms and nearly 90 secret doors! Discovering 3 secret doors makes you an above-average sleuth. It's your challenge to find and conquer!

I authorize O Street Museum Foundation, 2020 O Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. to run my credit card, in the amount entered on this electronic form, and request my bank release these funds to the merchant processing bank.

Accounts due on delivery. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on overdue accounts. should your balance become overdue, you shall be liable for all costs, including, reasonable attorney's fees, which may be incurred by H.H. Leonards Associates, Inc., trading as The Mansion on O Street, in collecting the outstanding balance on your account. Membership dues & functions are not tax deductible. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Liability: If you send in this electronic form, you agree that H.H. We follow the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA requirements for service dogs. The dog must be trained to provide assistance to a person with a disability. Visitors are not permitted to bring emotional support animals into O Museum in The Mansion.

No outside food or drink allowed. This tour reservation is non-refundable, and can be transferred to another date only if we are notified at least 5 business days in advance, based on availability. We are less than a block from the Dupont Circle Metro station south exit on the red line. You may print a copy of this reservation for your records before submitting.

A Day Club Membership (required) of $1.50 per person is included in your fee.
