Museum packages include the following amenities:
- Up to 3.5 hours of facility space
- Tables, chairs & house tablecloths (casual seating & bar height tables additional)
- Background music (microphone additional)
- Housekeeping fees
- Self-guided tour of The Mansion included for 1st 45 minutes of event
Non-Profit and Government Discount
- Non-profit organizations that rent the museum three (3) or more times per year receive a discount in the amount of 30% off the standard rental rates.
- Non-profit organizations that rent the museum fewer than three (3) times per year receive a discount in the amount of 10% off the standard rental rates.
Licensee must provide proof of federal tax exemption status to receive this discount.

Additional hours can be rented for $500/hour
Rental fee is not considered a donation and therefore is not tax deductible.

- Full amount of facility rental fee is required to hold your date. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.
Caterers
- The Mansion on O Street
- Kosher caterers allowed *
* If you are using a kosher caterer, you must have 2 museum supervisors on duty & use our waiters & bartenders. Each require a 4 hour minimum, that includes 1 hour before your event, and 1 hour after.
* If you want to use a caterer that is not on the preferred list, your caterer must schedule a food tasting with us, to ensure the food quality meets the standards of the O Street Museum Foundation.
